YouTube UK has made a ‘landmark’ deal with Channel 4 to bring full episode of their shows to YouTube. Shows like Skins and Peep Show will be available for free, in its entirety, starting from the first season forward. In the three year deal with YouTube, Channel 4 plans to release shows whole seasons at a time. They also plan to have their full catalogue available by early 2010 and most programs available throughout this year.

Everybody loves the BBC… and it’s many offshoots. One of the newest additions to the family of comedy coming from Britain is IT Crown; a show about a group of computer nerds and their “social manager” in a billion (Billions) dollar company. When it first starts, it’s just a situation comedy and sadly, as anyone who watches enough of the BBC may agree, British sitcoms are terrible. They play the formula to such a tee as to offer no practicality; it’s so practical, it’s unfunny. One can find it hard to gain focus with this verfrumdons effekt of shitty writing, stiff actors, and terrible one-liners. Somewhere around the third episode starts the change in the series into a very funny and very entertaining piece with witty writing and interesting characters. Add another Britcom to the addiction list.
P.S. If you search Google in Google, you can break the internet.
